SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail on all jewellery and art. For larger upcycled pieces, we use a tried and trusted shipping courier and aim to deliver within 2 weeks. 

 

For items being shipped out with the UK, there will be a shipping cost added at checkout. 

EASY RETURNS 

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please get in touch and we'll try our best to resolve it. 

 

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

 

We do not offer free returns, so the cost of return is the buyers responsibility. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER  

We don't offer tracking on standard shipping but if you would prefer tracking, you choose this at checkout. 

 

All large courier shipped pieces are tracked and we'll ask for contact details to provide you with these.

When you place an order, you are automatically connected securely to our Secure Web Server. You may receive a message from your browser depending on how it is configured.

We value and respect the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties.

 

We collect information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone and credit card numbers) that you provide when you place an order, save your information with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. 

 

When you make an online purchase, we use your information to process your order. We will also send you e-mails to confirm your order, and we may need to contact you via phone, postal mail or email if we have other questions regarding your order. In addition, you will can choose to sign up to receive email updates about our products, services, contests, and promotions.
