SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free UK delivery via Royal Mail on all jewellery and art. For larger upcycled pieces, we use a tried and trusted shipping courier and aim to deliver within 2 weeks.
For items being shipped out with the UK, there will be a shipping cost added at checkout.
EASY RETURNS

If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please get in touch and we'll try our best to resolve them.
You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
We do not offer free returns, so the cost of the return is the buyer's responsibility.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

We don't offer tracking on standard shipping but if you would prefer tracking, you choose this at checkout.
All large courier shipped pieces are tracked and we'll ask for contact details to provide you with these.
